General information

What are your opening hours

The BioMedica Head Office and Warehouse is operational from 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. These hours may differ on public holidays, please check here for holiday trading hours.

Where are your products manufactured?

The majority of BioMedica products are manufactured in Australia, with a few exceptions (Neurex, Ribraxx and NKCP) which are manufactured in Japan. The reason for this that the key ingredients in these products are exclusively sourced in Japan.

How can I order BioMedica products?

I am a patient

BioMedica products are available exclusively on the prescription of a qualified natural healthcare practitioner. You can locate your nearest BioMedica practitioner here.

I am a practitioner

Practitioners located in Australia can purchase our products directly from us or via one of our distributor partners. Apply for a BioMedica account here or view our distributors here.

Australian practitioners can place orders via phone, email or online.

Using our website

Why can I only view limited information on your website?

As BioMedica operates a strict practitioner only policy, full access to our website is available exclusively to practitioners. To obtain full website access must register for an BioMedica account. You can register here.

I've forgotten my password

To reset your password, click Sign In (button located in the top right hand corner). Then click on Forgot your Password?, enter your email address and click the Captcha box. Then select the Reset My Password button. If there is an account associated with that email address you will be emailed a link to reset it. If you are unsure of your registered email address contact us.
