The BioMedica Patient Ordering Service is a convenient order fulfillment service. Developed with the busy lifestyles of both practitioners and patients in mind, practitioners can quickly and easily create prescriptions for BioMedica products via our website. Once payment has been made, the order will ship (usually within 24 hours) and be conveniently delivered straight to the patients door.
Patient accounts
Since BioMedica products are available exclusively by prescription, patients may only access our products following a consultation with a qualified practitioner, or if they have a valid prescription from a previous consultation. To enable purchase of your prescribed BioMedica products, your practitioner must first create a patient account for you.
Please follow the below steps if this is your first time using our Patient Ordering Service:
Check your inbox for the confirmation email confirming that your practitioner has set up your Patient Account. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk folder.
Activate your account by clicking on the link in the Patient Account Created email.
Once your account is activated you will be able to view and purchase your prescribed BioMedica products.
Returning user?
If you have previously used BioMedica’s Patient Ordering Service and already have a Patient Account, simply log in and go to My Prescriptions to order the products prescribed by your practitioner.
