Holiday Trading and Last Orders

BioMedica Stocktake

The BioMedica warehouse will be closed on Friday 27 June 2025 for stocktake.

Where possible, orders placed between 5pm Thursday 26 June and 9am Friday 27 June will be processed and dispatched prior to the commencement of the stocktake.

Orders made after 9am on Friday 27 June will be dispatched from Monday 30 June.

ANZAC Day Public Holiday

The BioMedica office and warehouse will be closed on Thursday 25th April for the ANZAC Day public holiday. No orders will be processed or dispatched during this time. Normal trading will resume from 8.30am on Friday 26th April 2024.

LAST ORDER TIMES

Last order cold items for interstate Tuesday 23rd before 1pm.

Last order cold items for Sydney Metro Wednesday prior to 9am

January 26th Public Holiday

The BioMedica office and warehouse will be closed on Friday 26th  January 2024 for the public Holiday. No orders will be processed or dispatched during this time. Normal trading will resume on Monday 29th January 2024.

Easter and ANZAC Day Holidays

The BioMedica head office and warehouse will be closed Friday 18th April and Monday 21st April 2025. We will resume normal trading from 8.30am on Tuesday 22nd April.

Local orders cut off time is 10.00am on Thursday for same-day delivery.

Orders with cold items:

• For interstate cut off is 1.00pm on Wednesday
• For Melbourne and QLD Metro deliveries, cut off is Thursday

Orders without cold items, cut off is Thursday.

We will also be closed on Friday 25th April for the ANZAC Day public holiday, with normal service resuming on Monday 28th April.

No orders will be dispatched during these closure dates. All orders placed during our office closure will be despatched on our return to the office, in order of order placement date.

Christmas holiday trading

BioMedica will close for the holiday season from 2.00pm (AEDT) Friday 20th December 2024 and will resume normal trading at 8.30am Monday 6th January 2025.

No orders will be processed or dispatched during this closure period. To avoid disappointment, please place orders allowing sufficient time for your package to be prepared and delivered before we close:

Parcels with refrigerated items, place orders by 11am (AEDT) Thursday 19th December 2024

Parcels without refrigerated items, orders must be placed by 11am (AEDT) Friday 20th December 2024

Sydney Metro 

Parcels with refrigerated items, orders must be placed by 9am Friday 20th December 2024

Parcels without refrigerated items, orders must be placed by 11am Friday 20th December 2024

Orders placed after cut off times and during our office closure will be despatched from Monday 6th January 2025 in order of order placement date.
