BioMedica products are available by prescription only following a consultation with a qualified practitioner, or alternatively if a patient has a prescription from a previous consultation.

As BioMedica is a practitioner only range, technical product information is available only to qualified practitioners as per the TGA definition of a practitioner.

If you have any questions regarding one of our products which has been prescribed for you, please contact your practitioner directly. They are best placed to answer your questions and most qualified to assist you as they understand your case history and clinical needs in complete detail, and know why a particular product has been prescribed. This also ensures that patients receive the best care in personalised advice and monitoring.

BioMedica is able to answer free-from allergen enquiries for the general public, however all other product enquiries need to be directed through your practitioner.

BioMedica’s Patient Ordering Service

If this is your first time using BioMedica’s online prescription service, you should have received an email confirming that your practitioner has created a Patient Account for you.

To activate your Patient Account and order the products that have been prescribed for you, please click on the link in the Patient Account Created email. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk folder or you can ask your practitioner to resend.

If you have previously used BioMedica’s online prescription service and already have a Patient Account, simply enter your login details in the sign in area located at the top right hand side of the screen. Once logged in go to My Prescriptions to order the products prescribed by your practitioner.
